Are there any health benefits that come from a HVAC system cleaning?
. Heating, ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC)systems have been shown to act as a collection source for a variety of contaminants that have the potential to affect health, such as mold fungi, bacteria and very small particles of dust.  The removal of such contaminants form the HVAC system and home should be considered as one component in an overall plan to improve indoor air quality.

Will HVAC system cleaning reduce our home energy bills?
. Yes, clean, efficient systems are less likely to break down, have a longer life span and are generally operate more   efficiently than dirty systems.

How often should a residential HVAC system be cleaned?
. The frequency of cleaning depends on several factors, not the least of which is the preference of the home owner,     Some things that may lead an owner to consider more frequent cleaning include
-Smokers in the household
-Pets that shed high amounts of hair and dander
-Water contamination or damage to the home or HVAC system
-Residents with allergies or asthma who might benefit from a reduction in the amount of indoor air pollutants in the home's HVAC system.
-After home renovations or remodeling where dust and debris have accumulated in the HVAC system.
-Prior to occupancy of a new home.

How ever, we recommend that the HVAC system should be cleaned once every 2 to 3 years.

Why do I need to clean my chimney ?
Most homeowners are aware of the need for chimney cleaning, if they own a wood - burning stove or regularly use their fireplace but many don't realize that a gas heating appliance - whether it is a furnace, boiler or hot water tank relies on a chimney for proper venting of the exhaust.  Appliances fueled by natural gas may not produce the visible soot that appliances burning other fuels do, but they can deposit corrosive substances in your chimney, in many cases these acids may wreak havoc on your chimney without producing symptoms.

We recommend to clean your chimney every 5 years.
